Fear the stillness of your mind
The stubborn clinging to what once was
Fear your shut closed eyes
And refusal to evolve

Try to see the life before you
What resorsces have you got?
Never mind the tools that broke
Nothing stays as what it was

For a time you are afloating
Then there’ll be some rocks
Will you navigate around them
Find an opening or what?

While sailing the waterways of life
Make sure your eyes are open
Don’t deny your leaking hull
When slowly sinking to the bottom

There’s no telling what might come
When you choose a different path
But beware of holding course
By someone elses charts

Don’t fear as Change has come upon you
Don’t close your eyes and wish it gone
Life has come to make you choose
Will you change or slowly die?
